Pumpkin seeds are edible seeds of pumpkin fruit. These flat and white seeds are a ‘Powerhouse of Nutrition’ containing Manganese, Copper, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Zinc. They are somewhat oval in shape and after removing the outer white cover, light greenish seeds are obtained.
